Having a job that I look forward to doing every day is something I never thought I would have, but working for Douglas Allen provides me with constant new and exciting challenges!

I have been in the industry since 1998 where I started as a Trainee Sales Advisor. I started working for Arun Estates in 2002 as a Marketing Consultant and progressed through the company to the position of Sales Manager.

In 2004 I transferred to the Training department as the Residential Field Trainer for Douglas Allen where I now focus on helping new and existing staff progress their careers. I get a great deal of satisfaction on a day to day basis, seeing people work hard to achieve their goals and offering training and support as they go along.

Gaining recognition from the industry by winning the Top Training Department in Estate Agency Gold Award in 2005 and the Silver Award in 2006 has proved just how much our training and development programmes are respected in the industry and also that we take the development of our staff very seriously, in order that our customers receive the best possible service and levels of professionalism at all times.
